Taiwan today (March 30th) is facing 56 local cases today, up from 33 yesterday and 34 the day before.

The cases were primarily in the North, and most of the infected had received 3 doses of vaccines prior to their infection.

The upcoming long holiday weekend threatens to allow the spread to envelop much of the country as happened in Hong Kong during Lunar New Year if the government remains unwilling to take steps to curb movement, or to strengthen border quarantines.
